This position provides procedural assistance to customers, for practice management products.
Basic Position Summary
The EMR Technical Consultant will investigate, analyze, design, develop and implement cost effective solutions to our physician customers. Centricity Physician Office - EMR is an electronic medical records solution used by clinicians to improve the quality, safety, efficiency and cost of patient care.
Basic Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent training/work experience and 3+ years experience in an IS environment,
- Requires 2+ years advanced experience with Windows operating systems and PC maintenance/support,
- Basic knowledge in server navigation,
- Working knowledge of GE’s Centricity EMR (formerly Logician)
- 2-3+ years experience managing small to medium technical projects
- Experience installing software projects in a customer-facing role
- Working knowledge of related ancillary products (Biscom, Docutrak, Voice Recognition)
- Prior experience in the Healthcare IT industry
- 2+ years previous experience with a Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle environment
- Experience with HL7 Standard interface language a plus
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task using project and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Detail-oriented and quality focused
- Willing to travel

Major Responsibilities:
- Installation of Client-Server EMR Software
- Development and Testing of HL7 interfaces (import and export)
- Assist sales with initial customer hardware/software assessment
- In-depth technical and applications knowledge in assigned platforms
- Support Go Lives
- Problem solving and issue resolution
- Provide project documentation: including site visit reports, interface requirements documents and other documentation as appropriate
- Train the customer on related technical areas such as Backups and Interfaces
- Work with EMR Consultant to meet desired project timeline for technical deliverables
- Possible Crystal Reports and EMR form development
Regional Sales Manager
BASIC POSITION SUMMARY:
This regional sales position is responsible for executing proven sales strategies and activities for the company. This dynamic role includes a blend of new business and selling upgrades to existing customer base to grow market share and revenues.
BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate Must be a strategic thinker with the ability to see the big picture and think outside the box along with strong interpersonal, leadership, and customer satisfaction skills. Candidates should also possess 1-2 years medical and/or sales experience with proven track record. Bachelor’s degree is required.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
• The primary job duties of this individual are to be proficient in providing Demonstrations and carrying the prospect through the sales process of Practice Management Systems and Electronic Medical Record Systems to prospects and to existing customer base of Final Support, Inc.
• This person will act in a sales capacity and will be responsible for the client throughout the implementation process.
• This person will be assigned a base salary and have a quota to meet or exceed monthly.
• Providing Sales Forecast reports on a weekly basis to VP of Sales.
• Assist in planning and attending Seminars in assigned Territory. This is to include following up on all invitations sent and making sure that there is attendance.
• Attend all training classes on Practice Management and EMR products.
• A Territory Plan to be submitted annually to project growth in Assigned Territory
